My Body, My Right delivers small-group, age-appropriate sessions on body autonomy, consent, safe and unsafe touch, and reproductive health, giving young people the language and the confidence to speak up.

Sessions are designed for young people and reinforced by the adults around them, creating safer spaces for questions, disclosure, counselling, and support.

Facilitators use plain language to explore body autonomy, consent, sexual grooming, reproductive health, and how to identify, resist, and report exploitation.
Knowledge that becomes protection
Participants leave able to recognise grooming behaviours, name safe and unsafe situations, identify trusted adults, and understand available reporting pathways.
